1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WinVideo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
WinVideo provides AI-powered video generation services through a subscription model. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Maintain the security of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You are solely responsible for the content you input and the videos you generate
4. Prohibited Content & Activities
You must not use the service to generate, upload, or distribute content that includes:
- NSFW & Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or erotic content
- Illegal Content: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
- Violence & Hate: Graphic violence, gore, hate speech, or content that promotes discrimination
- Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties
- Misinformation & Fraud: Deepfakes of real people without consent, fraudulent content, or deceptive media
- Harassment & Bullying: Content that targets individuals for harassment or abuse
- AI Abuse: Attempts to bypass safety filters, jailbreak the model, or exploit vulnerabilities
- Spam & Abuse: Excessive automated requests, credit farming, or service disruption
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, remove, or delete any content at any time for any reason. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
5. Content Moderation & Enforcement
- We employ automated and manual content review systems
- Violation may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, or account suspension
- We report illegal content to relevant authorities when required by law
- We cooperate with law enforcement for legitimate investigations
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you input. Generated videos are yours to use commercially. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models.
7. Subscription Billing
WinVideo operates on a monthly subscription model. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee for your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
8. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@aiwin2.org within 30 days of the charge. We may issue refunds for technical issues that prevent access to the service for an extended period. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
9. Credits Policy
Credits are granted to your account upon successful subscription payment and at the start of each billing cycle. Credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are granted. Unused credits that expire cannot be reinstated or refunded. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money. Each video generation consumes credits based on the model, duration, and quality selected. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to any unused credits until they expire. We may change credit pricing or the number of credits required per generation from time to time with prior notice.
10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
If we detect suspicious activity, abuse, or fraudulent transactions, we may suspend access, revoke credits, or terminate accounts as permitted by law and these terms. We encourage you to contact support@aiwin2.org before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
WinVideo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service but any unused credits will remain available until their expiration date.
